The New Leader
The new leader has two primary roles. One is to have a vision and to implement it. The other is to prepare people in the company to assume greater responsibility. First, of course, the leader must have a vision. This may seem an obvious step, but we have been amazed during our business conversations with business leaders across the country at how many of them have not developed a strong vision. And if they do have a vision, they may lack the necessary strategies for making it a reality.

Not to be able to stop thinking is a dreadful affliction, but we don’t realize this because almost everybody is suffering from it, so it is considered normal.
